1. Hayari Clothing reserves the right to cancel any incomplete order. Hence, please ensure that all information are provided accordingly in your orders. Dead buyers will also be blacklisted.

We do not accept cancellation of any orders. Hence, please ensure you
are certain about placing an order before sending us an email. Dead buyers will be blacklisted from future purchases.
3. Orders left under the comments section are invalid. We only accept orders via emails.

All orders are handled on a first-email-received basis. In the event
that the order falls through, the item will be made available to the
next confirmed buyer in line.
5. Please note that Hayari Clothing will not be responsible for any lost or damaged mail.

Payments not made within 24 hours will be treated as cancelled. Please
make payment ONLY upon receiving our invoice. In the event that payment
is not received within 24 hours without any notice, we will release the
item to the next buyer in line.
7. Prices are fixed and non-negotiable.

Please allow 1 to 2 working days for Hayari Clothing to get back to you on your
order. We would appreciate your patience. However, in the event that you
do not hear from us after 2 working days, do send us a reminder in case
of lost mails.
9. Hayari Clothing do not entertain any refunds/exchange/returns unless there is a
manufacturing defect and the exchange item is out of stock. Exchanges
must be done within 10 working days (Saturdays are considered as non-
working days) from the day the item is mailed out. Items with
manufacturing defects must be in unwashed or unworn condition for the
exchange to take place. Defected items have to be mailed back to us
within 3 working
days from the feedback. Hayari Clothing will absorb the postage cost arising from
manufacturing defects. In the event that the item is not available for
exchange, a full refund will be given.
10. Due to resolution differences and lighting effects, there may be a slight disparity in the colour of the clothing photographed and the actual product. However, we always try to present the item as best as we can to our shoppers.
11. All actual measurements may differ by about 0.5 inches.
12. All clothes purchased from Hayari Clothing are advised to be hand washed. Avoid using the spin dry function and use low heat to iron on materials such as chiffon/lace/silk/polyester/viscose, etc.
13. All content and images are owned by Hayari Clothing. Without the permission of Hayari Clothing, any content or images are not to be distributed or downloaded for personal or commercial use.
14. Hayari Clothing reserves the right to to make amendments to any of the above Terms & Conditions without any prior notice.
